Project overview
We will build an investment platform connecting investors, channel partners, and the internal operations team. The platform will support investor onboarding, verification, digital signing, investment opportunities, approvals, payments, reconciliation, portfolio records, and operational management.
02
Phase 1 — Complete investment transaction flow
Objective: Make the complete journey from onboarding to confirmed investment smooth and operational.

- 1Partner onboarding→
- 2Investor onboarding→
- 3KYC verification→
- 4DGO signing→
- 5Opportunity selection→
- 6Investment approvals→
- 7Payment→
- 8Reconciliation→
- 9Allocation confirmation→
- 10Portfolio update
Payment received and investment confirmed are separate statuses. An investment becomes confirmed only after reconciliation and allocation. Partner-assisted onboarding retains the investor's personal consent, approval, and signing steps.
Scope
- Channel partner invitations, onboarding, activation, and basic access management.
- Investor creation, invitations, and client assignment.
- Investor self-service onboarding through a secure link.
- Partner-assisted onboarding and document submission.
- KYC collection, verification, review, and correction requests.
- DGO signing for agreements and required investment documents.
- Investment opportunity creation, publishing, viewing, and selection.
- Investment amount selection and request submission.
- Required channel partner, investor, and internal approvals.
- Payment link or payment gateway integration.
- Payment status tracking.
- Reconciliation and investment allocation confirmation.
- Basic portfolio and transaction records.
- Email confirmations and document downloads.
- Essential transaction statuses, activity logs, and pending actions.
- Testing, production deployment, and handover.
Phase 1 outcome: A deployed platform that supports the complete investment transaction journey.
03
Phase 2 — Dashboards and operational automation
Objective: Enable the internal team to manage routine platform operations independently, without depending on product or development teams.
